BACKGAMMON AND CHESS DEMONSTRATIONS AT THE ETERNAL FLAME MEMORIAL

Within the scope of the festive events devoted to the 2704th anniversary of Ejmiatsin, backgammon and chess amateur demonstrations were held at the Eternal Flame Memorial.
The children playing chess were looking forward to meeting the special guests, GMs Zaven Andriasian and Hayk Martirosyan, with whom they played a simultaneous chess game.
Tadevos Tadevosyan and Nerses Aghajan, the winners of the long and short backgammon first tournaments that took place in August and Khachik Melikyan, the President of the National Backgammon Federation, took part in the backgammon amateur games.
Mayor Diana Gasparyan and the guests of the city watched the games.
