The results of the participatory budgeting program voting have been summarized in the Vagharshapat community.
The winning project has been announced as “Open-Air Cinema-Library,” presented by the young members of the “Echmiadzin Youth House” Open Youth Center.
This initiative aims to create an open-air space that combines film screenings and reading opportunities, providing a new cultural and recreational environment for the youth and families of the community.
