The final regular meeting № 15 of 2019 of the Council of Elders of Ejmiatsin took place on December 17. The Head of Armavir Region was also present at the final meeting.
Before proceeding to the agenda of the meeting, Mayor Diana Gasparyan had a brief report on the activities carried out in 2019, presenting the summary of the work done so far and the achievements in various spheres.
The Mayor also welcomed the initiative of the Head of the Region to hold meetings with members of the local self-government bodies in such a format. Presenting the budget execution, the Mayor reported that during the 9 months of the budget year 2019, the revenue plan of Ejmatsin urban community was over-executed by 107.4%. As for the collection of own revenues, the planned amount in this regard was also over-executed by 108.2%.
In the brief report, the Mayor also presented how and what the financial means raised so far was spend for.
Taking into account the factual data on the budget execution for the past three months, the Mayor assured that there will also be over-execution of the budget by the end of this year.

Afterwards, Hambardzum Matevosyan presented his vision of the development of Armavir region, presenting a brief report on the work done in 2019 and the progress made in Armavir region.
Highlighting the role of Ejmiatsin in the life of the region, the Head of the Region emphasized the important role of our city in the cultural life of the region, defining Ejmiatsin as the main driving force for the development of tourism in the region.
Then, the Mayor proceeded to the issues on the agenda.
