Community non-commercial organizations under the jurisdiction of the municipality are expanding avenues for collaboration.

Memoranda have been signed between the Komitas Chamber Music Hall and the
Abovyan Drama Theatre, the Spiridon Melikyan Music School No. 2, and the Romanos
Melikyan Music College of Yerevan.
These collaborations have a long-standing history, and today, the friendship and further
partnership are solidified through memoranda. Going forward, they will collaborate on
joint events, educational programs, professional skill development, resource sharing,
and organizational support.
