The award ceremony for the "Cup of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia”
amateur cross-country running competition was held at Komitas Central Square. The
competition was held along the Parakar-Ejmiatsin highway, with participants across
three age groups and a separate category for individual athletes.

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan presented awards to the oldest participants, as well as
to the winners in the 18-40 age groups for men, also discussed changes in the
competition's format and its ampleness.
Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports Karen Giloyan addressed
the significant number of foreign participants this year and spoke about the potential of
turning the competition into an international event in the future.
Certificates of appreciation were awarded to the communities of Vagharshapat and
Parakar, the Police Department of the Armavir Region under the Ministry of Internal
Affairs, and the "Zvartnots" Historical and Cultural Reserve-Museum.
