On October 21, charity sale entitled ''For the Sake of Artsakh'' was organized on the area near the square after Komitas. The income of this event was to be transferred to “Hayastan” All-Amenian Fund for the fundraising campaign “We are our borders. All for Artsakh”.
Our talented citizens (mainly children) were selling their canvases, handicrafts, the most valuable medals that they had won during different competitions, even their most beloved toys, giving much more importance to even several hundred drams donated for the motherland. Due to their joint efforts, 1․530․201 (one million five hundred and thirty thousand two hundred and one) AMD was raised for the needs of Artsakh.
We express our gratitude to the pupils of Fine-Arts School after Yegh. Tadevosyan, Armfighting Ejmiatsin Sports Club, Sports School after Hamlet Paturyan and Hasmik Abrahamyan and to all the buyers for making the charity program happen.
