Dear citizens of Vagharshapat,
I congratulate all of you on the occasion of New Year and Christmas.
Over the past year we have continued our course, we have continued to develop. 2021 was a difficult year, a post-war year, but we managed to meet the challenges and strengthen the firm basis of development that we had outlined and undertaken in previous years. I am proud to say that as a result of the conscious attitude of our citizens, this year also we were able to overperform the budget of the year, for which I express my gratitude to the residents of our city.
There are many plans for 2022 as well. The vote of confidence once again received from the citizens of Ejmiatsin is binding for me and for our team. On behalf of the city authorities and my team, I promise that we will do everything possible and sometimes even impossible for Vagharshapat to develop and become more beautiful.
