Vardavar is one of the five cardinal feasts of the Armenian Apostolic Church. It is celebrated 14 weeks after Easter. Vardavar is one of the most beloved holidays of the people, in which participate both adults and children. For the holiday, the Municipality provided all the conditions for perfect entertainment. Happy water events were organized in two parts of the city, in the park near the Municipality and at the Eternal Flame Memorial. The swimming pools and mini water park in the park near the Municipality became the most crowded places in the city on the occasion of Vardavar. The event was accompanied by corresponding music and water cannons. Acting Mayor of Ejmiatsin Diana Gasparyan also joined the citizens celebrating Vardavar. The Acting Mayor came to celebrate Vardavar with a surprise. Diana Gasparyan presented balloons to the children.
