The 21st of September is one of the most important days of calendar for the Armenians. 27 years ago this day Armenia publicly formulated its right of vote. And today, as an independent country, we confidently speak with the voice of Right. Like each year this year too the 21st of September was a day of high mood and surprises in Ejmiatsin.
On the initiative of the Municipality the events devoted to this day began in the park “Mariane” next to the Culture House with the solemn opening ceremony of the completely renovated pool and colorful fountains, which was a present for the citizens of Ejmiatsin from city authorities. The acting mayor of Ejmiatsin Diana Gasparyan greeted, congratulated and wished high mood to those present.
The festive mood continued with the beautiful performances of the pupils from the Culture House and with the exhibition-sale of the handmade works of the pupils of our city.
The day ended with an open air screening of Armenian film “I am”.
