New Year festive concerts were organized at the music schools under the subordination of Ejmiatsin Municipality. Pupils of different grades performed piano, string, percussion and wind instruments and had vocal performances. Works by famous Armenian and foreign composers were presented.
Mayor of Ejmiatsin Diana Gasparyan expressed her impressions and high appreciation of the concert program. It is a pleasant fact both for music schools and the city that the pupils of the music schools due to the knowledge acquired and good performance skills succeed not only on the stages of their native schools, but also participate in various music contest-festivals and receive honorary awards.
