Within the scope of the program aimed at solving the problem of stray dogs, today Mayor of Ejmiatsin Diana Gasparyan had a meeting with the representatives of a number of organizations dealing with the problems and care of wandering dogs.
A number of issues related to animal registration, mapping, statistics, research, professional resources were discussed, due to which it will be possible to find an effective solution of the problem.
Ejmiatsin has adopted the policy of the sterilization of stray dogs and starting from next week it is planned to start concluding the relevant agreements.
