According to the agreement signed between the Territorial Development Fund of Armenia and the Municipality of Ejmiatsin construction works of drainage system in Aram Manukyan 1st District have started. It is planned to build a 4500-meter-long drainage line.
Giving the priority to the balanced development of the city and the improvement of the suburbs by the Development Plan of Ejmiatsin, at the suggestion of the community the problem of the drainage system construction was included in the list of urgent issues of the region and was approved by the Government.
The program is implemented with the 20% financing of the community which amounts to 17 million 600 thousand AMD.
The works are expected to be completed in 2 months.
