On April 24, flowers were laid at the monument of Komitas Vardapet in memory of the innocent victims of the Armenian Genocide.
105 years have passed since one of the most tragic events in the Armenian history, but the Armenian people all over the world keep alive the memory of 1.5 million innocent victims, remembering their suffering.
The Armenian Church has included them among the saints; many countries have accepted the fact of Genocide.
This day being so mourning, also has a meaning of awakening and living. 105 years after the Genocide, the Armenian people are still unwavering and united, ready to strengthen and develop our country.
