By the order of the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, demonstrations of armament and military equipment were organized in different cities of the Republic of Armenia. The event in Ejmiatsin was organized by the Engineer Sapper Military Unit. The citizens of Ejmiatsin and the guests of the city had a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the armament available in the Engineer Sapper Military Unit of Ejmiatsin in the square after Komitas. The new military equipment of the military unit was demonstrated, and the sappers serving in the military unit personally presented grenades and mines to those who were interested, explaining the rules and nuances of dealing with them.
From now on, such events will be ongoing, aiming at strengthening the army-society link, as well as to get the population acquainted with the samples of armament and military equipment available in the Armed Forces.
