With the joint efforts of Ejmiatsin Municipality and ‘’Zartonk’’ Concert Company, a literary evening entitled "Don’t mark me absent’’ was held in the Culture House after Komitas, devoted to the 105th anniversary of Hamo Sahyan, one of the greatest Armenian poets of the 20th century. RA Honorary Artists Lala Mnatsakanyan, Greta Mejlumyan and Silva Yuzbashyan filled the hall with Sahyan spirit, presenting both the jewels in the crown of the poet's pen and interesting episodes from Sahyan's life.
The day was a unique opportunity for the audience to be connected with the art and to get a new dose of energy. Speaking about the need of making the cultural life in the regions more active, the RA Honorary Artists considered that the glances and the close attention of the listeners told everything.
During the literary-musical evening, Sahyan's poems "My Mother" and ''Nairyan Green Poplar" were presented in the form of song and dance.
