Agreement of collaboration

The agreement of friendship and collaboration between the cities of Ejmiatsin (Republic of Armenia) and Issy-les-Moulineaux (French Republic) was signed on December 5, 1989.
On April 12, 2019 within the scope of the events of the 30th anniversary of the friendship between the two cities the agreement of friendship and collaboration was renewed in Issy-les-Moulineaux. On the same day the “Agreement on Smart Cities” was also signed. The aim of the agreement is to develop joint projects in different fields aimed at developing the idea of smart city and innovative solutions in Ejmiatsin.
