Asphalting works planned by the program of 2021 are in progress in Ejmiatsin. Toramanyan and Ayvazovski Streets of Zvartnots District have already been asphalted, now the asphalting and curb replacement works of the two streets close to the park of Aram Manukyan 1st District are underway now. The above-mentioned streets have been covered with soil since their foundation and are being completely renovated for the first time.
It should be noted that the asphalting program of this year is unique in the number of streets included and the funds invested. The works cover an area with a surface of about 10 ha (hectares), the amount of investment makes 750 million drams.
In the near future Hunan Avetisyan, Toros Roslin (former Lisitsyan), Grigor Narekatsi, Vardan Mamikonyan (a part), Komitas (2 parts) Streets, one more street of A. Manukyan 1st District, Viktor Hambardzumyan (former Lomonosov) 1st blind alley, Franz Werfel (former Sholokhov) Street, the backward road of Music School № 2, the yards of St. Movsep Khorenatsi 0, 2, 4, 22, 24, 26 buildings, the yards of Leonid Azgaldyan (former Vram Kostanyan) № 3 and 5 buildings, the yards of St. Grigor Lusavorich (former Kamo) № 2, 2A, and 4 buildings, the yards of Shahumyan 69, 71 and 73, St. M. Mashtots № 8A, 8B, 8G and 8V, Aragats District № 16 buildings, the internal street of Andranik District, Raffi (former Mravyan) Street, the central street of Zvartnots district, Yekmalyan Street, the streets of Aragats 2nd District, Teryan 1st blind alley will be asphalted.
Due to the volume of the approved project, the asphalting works are being carried out in 2 phases.
Accordingly, the internal street of Andranik District, Raffi (former Mravyan) Street, the central street of Zvartnots District, Yekmalyan Street, the streets of Aragats 2nd District, Teryan 1st blind alley and 1 street of Aram Manukyan 1st District will be asphalted during the second phase in 2022.

It should be reminded that in addition to this program, renovation and improvement works will be carried out in Ejmiatsin also under the subvention program of 2021, according to which the following works will be carried out: asphalting of Bagramyan Street of Ejmiatsin, complete renovation of Baghramyan Street sidewalks with tiling, complete renovation of St. Movses Khorenatsi Street (construction of drainage system, asphalting), construction of sewerage system in Aram Manukyan 2nd District.
